- Stroke
and Swim Lessons
Description: This program is geared for swimmers who are able to
complete one lap (25 yards) of freestyle and have a grasp of rotary
breathing. Swimmers will work on all 4 strokes (freestyle, backstroke,
breaststroke and butterfly) as well as starts and turns. The clinic is
taught by a Red Cross Certified Swim instructor, who is also a home school
mom.

Description: The purpose of this association is to encourage home
schooled students to swim, and to be a clearinghouse for home school swim
teams, individual swimmers, training, meets, records, rankings, coaches,
contacts, etc.
